What data we process
When you register for and use HosCor, we process: your email address, name (if provided), organization and business affiliation, your role within your organization, and the content you create (e.g. orders, shift handovers, documents). For subscription payments, our engaged payment provider additionally processes payment data.
Processors / services used
- Supabase (database, authentication) – database hosted in the EU
- Vercel (hosting of the web application)
Data processing agreements are in place with all of the providers listed above, or their standard data protection terms apply.
Purpose of processing
We process your data to provide the contractually agreed service (provision of the HosCor platform), for invoicing, and for communication related to your account.
Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies to maintain your login session. These cookies are not used for advertising or tracking purposes.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to request information about the data stored about you, as well as to have it corrected or deleted. Please contact developer@hoscor.ch for this purpose.
Data deletion
After cancellation of your subscription, your data will be deleted within a reasonable period, unless a statutory retention obligation (e.g. for invoicing data) applies.
This English version is provided for convenience. The German version is the legally binding version in case of any discrepancy.
